​In a millennia-long and tiring exile, when Empires and Kingdoms have continuously called for the eradication of the Jewish people, it is the Jewish People who have remained. Looking at the ruins of ancient magnificent structures and subsequent destruction, of exile and return, small hints and reminders emerge of a continuous Jewish presence in the Land through the testimonies of archaeological relics and forlorn traveller’s letters.
